Refund, Dispute & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 · Business: Align Streams · Alignproductionsllc@gmail.com
Refund & Dispute Policy
Align Streams provides paid access to digital streaming content, original series, independent productions, event-related media, and curated entertainment programming.
Because our services provide immediate access to digital content, all subscription payments, streaming access purchases, digital rentals, and digital viewing purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Refunds May Be Considered In Limited Situations
- Duplicate charges
- Technical issues that prevented access and could not be resolved by our support team
- Billing errors caused by Align Streams
- Unauthorized account activity reported in a timely manner
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at Alignproductionsllc@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge. Please include your name, email address, date of purchase, and reason for the request.
If a customer has a billing concern, we ask that they contact Align Streams first so we can work to resolve the issue directly. If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed with the customer's bank, the dispute will be handled through the bank/card network process.
Approved refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their Align Streams subscription at any time.
When a subscription is canceled, the customer will continue to have access through the end of the current paid billing period. After the billing period ends, access to paid content will be removed unless the subscription is renewed.
Canceling a subscription stops future billing. It does not automatically refund previous payments, partial months, unused viewing time, or prior billing periods.
How to Cancel
Log in to your account and manage your subscription, or contact customer support at Alignproductionsllc@gmail.com.
Customers are responsible for canceling before their next billing date if they do not want to be charged for the next billing cycle.
